Donation Process - The Easy Aircraft Donation
Process
The donation procedure is VERY simple, VERY easy and VERY fast.
- Completely fill in the online
donate aircraft form. Enter all information requested about the
aircraft.
- If you have a comment or question enter it on the form in the Comments
area. You can always cancel after you submit the form.
- Submit the form by pressing the ENTER key on your keyboard.
- You will be contacted by email, usually within minutes, by a qualified
email consultant.
- Read the single page of instructions that are sent.
- You will be contacted by the administrative office, usually within
24 hours, to arrange the donation.
- Any noncash charitable donation that has a value over $5000 has to
be independently and professionally appraised. The charity will arrange
and pay for the appraisal of your donated aircraft by a qualified independent
and certified professional appraiser.
- During the donation process you will be mailed the tax receipt on
the letterhead of the 501 (c) (3) charity.

Most aircraft donations are acceptable. Since there are so many factors
to consider the best thing is to fill out and submit the online
Donate Aircraft Form.
In our experience we have found that Teddy Bear Cops aircraft
donation charity is one of the few charities that can and does handle
aircraft donations.
We suggest you fill out the online
donate aircraft form as we will let you know within hours if the
aircraft is accepted.
We accept many RVs, motor homes, trucks, cars, boats and motorcycles,

Your donated aircraft will be sold privately, at auction or to a dealer
to raise funds for the Teddy Bear Cops program.
You will receive an official tax receipt from a 501 (c) (3) charity
for your tax deductible charity contribution. Plus information and links
to the IRS Website about the simple form and instructions you need to

All proper documents (as mentioned on the donate
aircraft form) will, of course, be needed to be provided by you
to the charity to fully and officially transfer ownership. As previously
mentioned we have professional people to assist with this.
The charity will arrange and pay for the appraisal of your donated aircraft

The charity will provide you with the needed official tax receipt.

Fees? Free Pickup Nationwide
There are no fees to the donor for picking up their donated aircraft,
motorcycle, truck, RV or other vehicle...even motor homes.
However, if the aircraft is in storage, or undergoing repairs, all fees
due are the responsibility of the donor.
