In order to provide the maximum benefit to the charity we do not operate a phone room, like most other national aircraft and car donation charities. Phone rooms are VERY expensive.
We handle all of the initial queries and donations through email. We send you detailed, but simple, email instructions.
We answer all of your initial questions through clear written communications by email. This is VERY FAST and VERY EFFECTIVE.
The rest of the process is handled by professionals to properly administer the transferring of ownership of your donated aircraft.

If you are still not satisfied, for whatever reason, you are totally free to cancel your aircraft donation by emailing us and/or notifying the administrative personnel when they call.

The donation procedure is VERY simple, VERY easy and VERY fast.
- Completely fill in the online donate aircraft form. Enter all information requested about the aircraft.
- If you have a comment or question enter it on the form in the Comments area. You can always cancel after you submit the form.
- Submit the form by pressing the ENTER key on your keyboard.
- You will be contacted by email, usually within minutes, by a qualified email consultant.
- Read the single page of instructions that are sent.
- You will be contacted by the administrative office, usually within 24 hours, to arrange the donation.
- Any noncash charitable donation that has a value over $5000 has to be independently and professionally appraised. The charity will arrange and pay for the appraisal of your donated aircraft by a qualified independent and certified professional appraiser.
- During the donation process you will be mailed the tax receipt on the letterhead of the 501 (c) (3) charity.
